This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the PrepMedix Terms & Conditions. By purchasing any product or service on www.prepmedix.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
- Nature of Services
PrepMedix provides digital educational services, including but not limited to:
- Online medical exam preparation courses
- Recorded and live video sessions
- Mock exams, study materials, and question banks
- Subscriptions and bundled learning programs
Access to these services is granted immediately upon successful payment.
- General Refund Policy (Stripe-Aligned)
In accordance with Stripe’s digital goods and services guidelines, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in writing by PrepMedix.
Once access to digital content is provided, the service is considered delivered.
- Exceptions (Limited & Discretionary)
Refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of PrepMedix in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental multiple charges for the same product
- Payment processing errors attributable to PrepMedix or Stripe
- Proven technical failure preventing access to purchased content that cannot be resolved by our support team
Refund eligibility does not depend on:
- Exam performance or results
- Course completion or engagement level
- Subjective satisfaction with content or teaching style
- Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to pass any examination
- Partial use or non-use of content
- Inability to attend live sessions due to personal or scheduling conflicts
- Internet, device, or system compatibility issues on the user’s end
- Purchases made using discount codes, promotional pricing, or special offers
- Subscriptions & Recurring Payments (If Applicable)
- Subscription fees are billed in advance via Stripe
- Users may cancel future renewals at any time through their account
- Cancellation prevents future charges only
- No refunds are issued for the current or past billing cycle
- Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund (if eligible), you must contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase:

- Order ID / transaction reference
- Reason for request
Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
- Refund Processing (Stripe Compliance)
- Approved refunds are processed only to the original payment method
- Refunds are issued via Stripe
- Processing time: 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or card issuer
- PrepMedix is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions
- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
To comply with Stripe’s dispute resolution standards:
- Users agree to contact PrepMedix before initiating any chargeback
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of the user account
- Permanent revocation of access to purchased services
PrepMedix reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation to Stripe to contest invalid chargebacks.

In the event of a conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
